Another spot that has amazing food and made from scratch Italian food. The Patrizi red sauce is really tasty and one of my favorites. Everything here is delicious and they also have a brick and mortar!

Sazan Ramen is has a really neat modern interior with cute plating and tasty ramen. Their ramen is chicken and pork based! Indoor seating only with daily deals and happy hour specials.

Sour Duck Market $$

The sister restaurant of Odd Duck and they make everything from scratch, including the bread. Everything costs 10‑20 bucks and is really tasty. The burger is life changing. Patio seating available.

A lovable food stand in a hip shopping area. There are plenty of neat boutique stores around with indoor and outdoor seating. This shop specializes in hand rolls.

For the date who loves large portions for cheap. This is your spot. Their burgers and latkes are really good. They have indoor and outdoor seating and amazing service.

Salt Traders Coastal Cooking $$‑$$$

An affordable seafood spot for special occasions that are good for all ages. Even kids. They have a huge extensive seafood menu including fish and chips to lobster rolls. A delicious spot.

If your date loves crawfish and eating with their hands then this is the spot. They have indoor seating but make amazing Vietnamese crawfish. They also serve a really good fried calamari.

Blue Dahlia Bistro $$

A instagrammable cute spot with really good French cuisine. They have open faced sandwiches tartines and baked goods. Good for a brunch date.

SPREAD & CO. $‑$$

Spread & Co is a spot with really good charcuterie boards and sandwiches. They’re good for lunch and brunch and have really instagrammable seating arrangements. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a case with all the cheeses you can pick and baked goods. Their avocado toast is to die for.

A spot that serves plenty of Korean comfort food. The food here is shareable so that makes it extra intimate. But it’s a fun bar setting and everyone is here to have a good time. Their stove top stews and KFC are a must.

For the date that likes ceviche and trying new things. Their lomo saltado is really really good and their ceviche is huge and fresh. This spot serves Peruvian food.

An Austin gem that serves lobster rolls and seafood. Their menu features classics like fish and chips and clam chowder.  Their food is delicious and very affordable for fresh lobster. Try their warm Connecticut lobster roll or their cold Maine lobster roll.

Old Thousand $$

If you want a more upscale Chinese food experience that still doesn’t break bank. Check out old thousand with its char siu and delicious brisket fried rice. The food here is tasty but definitely not the most authentic. Char siu is currently not on the menu. But the brisket fried rice and general tso chicken is tasty along with the popcorn.

A nice little cafe and grocery shop serving tasty fusion food. The chicken flautas with curry sauce is impressive and I’m a fan of it. They are very affordable and have nice service. They have patio and indoor seating.

A new spot opened by the team behind Patrizi's, this spot serves Cajun food. Their sandwiches are huge and they also stress high quality ingredients. They locally sourced a lot of their ingredients. Their blackened catfish was my fav.

Sugar Pine serves really good Japanese food. They have set plates with side dishes and delicious rice balls. They also have ice cream, baked goods, and tasty drinks.
